Christy Dove shares her journey as an instructional coach for teachers of students with significant disabilities in Orange County Public Schools. She has 13 years of experience, including nine years teaching at Stone Lakes Elementary. In her interview, she reflects on her work with autism programs, the development of PIT Crew, and the importance of building a culture of acceptance.
